Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in administering and strategically evolving Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Work Management, Service Management, Confluence, and related integrations. A clear understanding and working knowledge of Agile, GIST, ITIL, and SDLC practices are essential, as is experience in leading cross-functional systems initiatives and integrating various business and technical systems. Proven ability to gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, develop and document business processes, and create reporting frameworks is also required.

Responsibilities
