Candidates must have 5+ years of consulting or business process analysis experience in CRM, CSM, or ERP transformations, with proven expertise in Sales & Order Management, Call Center/Service, Manufacturing workflows, or Field Service. Experience with major CRM/workflow platforms like Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP is required, along with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and convert business requirements into functional specifications. Proficiency in process modeling tools is also necessary.
The Business Process Consultant will act as a process expert, analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end workflows across sales, CPQ/CLM, order management, customer service, and field service. They will lead workshops to capture current-state processes, design future-state workflows, and translate requirements into workbooks and user stories. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, partnering with technical teams, supporting testing, developing adoption and change management plans, and staying current on industry trends.
