Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on programming experience in Python or Javascript, with experience building integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs. A strong understanding of JSON format, Cloudformation, Lambda Integrations, and CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code is required. Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions is a plus. Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture, along with familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, is preferred. Relevant AWS and Salesforce certifications are also desirable.

Responsibilities

The Sr. AWS Developer will execute and implement complex solution designs using AWS-optimized architectures at an enterprise scale, focusing on contact center solutions that leverage Amazon Connect. Responsibilities include working with Solution Architects, providing technical advisory support, configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions, and leading development teams through code reviews. The role also involves delivering technical end-user training and documentation, and taking the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction.
