Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions.
  • Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, identifying customer requirements and processes.
  • Develop technical details and solutions for functional User Stories.
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Engage in hands-on development of Solution Designs, adhering to best practices and programming principles.
  • Lead a development team, distributing tasks and performing code reviews.
  • Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.
  • Exercise independent judgment and assume the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on programming experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
  • Experience building integrations across multiple systems and with REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and contact center solutions.
  • Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
  • Experience with Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio).
  • AWS Certifications: Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate/Professional, Solution Architect Associate/Professional.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I.
