Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience (A3 level), with 3-5 years specifically in customer Q2C and sales-led lifecycle roles
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably experience from the Telecom/IT industry
  • Experience working in an environment requiring coordination with multiple teams
  • Ability to prioritize individual/group work in a high-stress, daily deadline-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, inventory, and pricing tools
  • Willing to work shift duties, especially US business hours
  • Willing to work from office, mandatory at least the first half of shift

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for the assigned SP/Account to manage the lifecycle of the request
  • Act as the AT&T ambassador to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to deliver on commitments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the designated SP/Account and manage day-to-day lifecycle
  • Effectively manage multiple projects with close attention to detail, meeting short turnarounds and deadlines
