Responsibilities

  • Lead digital strategies for the brand's Customer Plan, supporting all phases of MCE channel executions: strategic planning, execution, measurement, and optimization based on results
  • Transform data into quick actionable insights to improve campaign performance
  • Understand the brands' moments and needs to create and execute multichannel strategies, maximizing and selecting optimal channels according to the target
  • Have a deep understanding of Therapeutic Areas and customers to collaborate with insights and ideas that add to the brand's main strategy
  • Lead, together with marketing, campaigns across various digital channels (ep2p, vod, social media, mass mailing, vae, Google search, content marketing) to increase engagement with clients
  • Provide punctual follow-up to campaigns from creation, optimization, measurement of results, and final analysis
  • Influence marketing, medical, and access leaders in the innovative use of digital tools to accelerate the adoption of therapies with stakeholders
