Requirements

4-6+ years of experience in Compensation, People Analytics, Strategic Finance, or a related analytical role, ideally within a high-growth tech company
Strong analytical and modeling skills – proficiently build well-structured compensation models and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with tools like Workday, Radford, and/or Pave is a plus
Attention to detail with business acumen – produce error-free work and know when to prioritize speed over perfection to meet business needs

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across the company – work closely with teams, including Finance, People Operations, and Sales, to design and execute compensation strategies that support business goals
Own and enhance compensation models – build and maintain detailed models to support compensation planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Provide insights to leadership on pay competitiveness, market trends, and equity refresh strategies
Develop and monitor compensation dashboards – create tools to track total rewards metrics, analyze pay equity, and surface insights to leaders
Support compensation cycles – assist in executing merit, bonus, and equity refresh cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company philosophy
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking – analyze data from compensation surveys and industry sources to inform pay decisions and maintain competitive positioning
Drive ad hoc analyses and business cases – deliver insights on compensation strategies and new initiatives that support hiring, retention, and equity practices
Get sh*t done! – roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to drive impact daily—solving immediate issues while building scalable long-term processes
Project manage large programs like the compensation cycle, survey submissions, compensation tools, and benchmarking
