Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering
  • 4-5 years of team leadership in a growth-stage SaaS or consumer tech environment
  • Proven ability to design and scale data platforms (warehouse, ETL/ELT, modeling, governance)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Hex, Tableau, Looker (or equivalent modern data tools)
  • Experience building analytical models, experimentation frameworks, and performance dashboards
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and emerging ML/AI toolchains
  • Excellent communication skills
