Requirements

  • Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field (Marketing ideal)
  • 2+ years of experience in a rigorous fast-paced work environment (e.g., digital marketing, brand management, CPG, manufacturing, data analytics consulting, finance)

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid creative development for Kits business, including brief development, approvals, and communicating with key stakeholders; manage internal, vendor, and partner deliverables across channels; work with cross-functional team to complete projects
  • Assist in execution of multi-channel creative requests (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Direct Mail, Affiliate, Influencer, TikTok, Email), including timeline development and stakeholder communication
  • Research and build creative strategies for new channels
  • Lead cross-functional campaigns
  • Populate reports and leverage customer feedback to improve acquisition efforts
  • Bring marketing strategy to life by managing key execution details for the Kits team, including ownership of brand calendar, copy deliverables, and merchandising
  • Lead competitive and trends reviews, developing insights and applying learnings for the team; serve as key strategic partner for the full Kits team
