Requirements

Candidates must possess 12-14 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years dedicated to leading analyst relations for major product or service lines. Additional experience in product marketing or communications is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively presenting to both internal and external audiences. The ability to take initiative, execute projects independently from start to finish, set and manage deadlines, connect disparate information, and follow through on tasks is crucial. A proven track record of successful analyst relations program leadership, including the management of major evaluations, is required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst Relations Manager will develop and manage relationships with key industry analysts from firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC to increase awareness of CrowdStrike's products and services. This role involves driving analyst strategy and engagement across core products, building analyst confidence, and educating internal teams on the AR strategy while developing internal spokespeople. Responsibilities include managing all analyst interactions, such as advisory engagements, inquiries, and briefings, ensuring clear messaging and setting expectations. The manager will lead and project manage analyst evaluations from initiation to completion, including strategy development, RFI execution, demo planning, and submission. They will also guide the creation of analyst-facing materials, share analyst insights to inform product strategy and messaging, and stay informed about the competitive landscape and analyst perspectives. Additionally, the role supports product launches and campaigns with messaging and briefings, assists sales with analyst assets, plans and manages the analyst program at major events, and maintains a calendar of industry research reports to inform internal stakeholders and facilitate RFI responses.
