Responsibilities

  • Own the "Ready Closed Won" process, reviewing orders against quotes, SFDC information, and terms and conditions
  • Work with sales and other departments to correct and book orders in the "ready closed won" process
  • Resolve booking-related issues by collaborating with sales, billing, revenue recognition, and other teams
  • Provide guidance to sales to educate them and resolve issues with a "Customer First" mentality
  • Work on various deal desk requests raised by sales
  • Work extended hours at the end of each month to help close important deals
  • Proactively find solutions for non-standard questions from sales
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, product management, ops, and finance) to drive deal closure
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Crowdstrike products and services
  • Provide corrective guidance and direction to sales on all opportunity issues
  • Leverage and share best practices with the team
  • Provide regular process improvement/best practice feedback to deal desk leadership
  • Actively participate in key business projects
  • Assist the Invoicing and Collection team on resolving issues
  • Investigate deals and troubleshoot solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current CS offerings
  • Find, articulate, and drive implementation of innovative opportunities to scale the business
  • Align to Crowdstrike core values in everyday performance
