Candidates need 10+ years of experience architecting and implementing analog/mixed-signal circuits with hands-on expertise in die-to-die PHYs, mastery of high-speed interface design like SerDes, NRZ, PAM4, clocking with PLLs and DLLs, advanced PI/SI analysis, and proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and SPICE.
