  • Analyze territory market, define potential, key customers, and strategies; formulate business plans to maximize market development and ensure target achievement
  • Execute business plans compliantly, manage and evaluate implementation to align with company policies and processes
  • Monitor territory market dynamics, report competitive information to superiors, adjust plans based on market status, and provide feedback suggestions
  • Execute regional access plans to ensure smooth product access in hospital channels
  • Identify and tier target customers based on brand strategies and goals; develop and implement customer visit plans
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships through high-level professional visits and multi-channel academic activities
  • Conduct, execute, and follow up on academic activities and key business projects in the territory based on business goals
