Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in fintech or banking with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving strategic deals
  • Experience leading and closing $200K+ ACV deals with executive stakeholders across business, product, legal, compliance, InfoSec, and marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles, including legal and InfoSec reviews
  • Strong Customer Centricity and Product Thinker
  • Proven experience in driving sales from zero to first transaction
  • Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, structure

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets as we scale throughout 2025
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with opportunities valued at 3x your quota
  • Close deals with confidence, maintaining a 25% or higher win rate
  • Break into both fintech disruptors and established financial institutions within your first six months
  • Strategically plan and execute territory initiatives that drive growth and visibility
  • Identify and unlock cross-selling opportunities to deepen our impact within existing accounts
  • Establish trusted partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal teams to keep deals moving forward seamlessly
  • Deep-dive into our sales methodology and tech stack during your first 90 days
  • Keep CRM records precise and up-to-date for clear visibility
  • Drive efficient sales cycles, achieving an average of 4 months
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape
  • Share insights with product and marketing teams to fuel smarter strategies
  • Play a key role in shaping sales best practices as we continue to evolve
