Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in business continuity, SaaS, or enterprise resilience services
  • Solid understanding of business continuity frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FEMA standards, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles
  • U.S. military veteran status or previous law enforcement background (preferred) with demonstrated leadership and mission-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Location: Remote within Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Washington, or Texas

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for your assigned territory that includes a mix of new business, growth, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and nurture existing ones
  • Develop and close sales from around $75,000 to $100,000 in annual value
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, engaging with various stakeholders to demonstrate the platform’s value and ROI
  • Accurately manage and forecast your sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and product-specific teams to create tailored solutions that ensure customer success and long-term partnerships
  • Build strategic alliances within the sales ecosystem, including Channel Partners and Service Providers
  • Partner with internal teams to effectively complete RFPs
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and user groups
