Responsibilities

Execute business plans compliantly, manage and evaluate implementation to align with company policies and processes
Monitor territory market dynamics, report competitive information to superiors, adjust plans based on market status, and provide feedback suggestions
Execute regional access plans to ensure smooth product access in hospital channels
Identify and tier target customers based on brand strategies and goals; develop and implement customer visit plans
Conduct high-level professional visits and multi-channel academic activities to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Organize, execute, and follow up on academic activities and key business projects in the territory based on business goals
Uphold professional image, maintain commercial confidentiality, comply with company rules, ethical principles, and compliance guidelines
