Responsibilities

  • Ensuring professional service and the best experiences related to branch visits

  • Collaboration between bank units (lead generation and cross-segment customer perspective)
  • Processing mortgage loan applications that are not handled automatically
  • Offering and promoting banking products
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets, for which monthly attractive premiums are awarded
  • Telephone and direct contact with clients
  • Building long-term relationships with bank clients and acquiring new ones
  • Working in accordance with applicable procedures and standards across all distribution channels
