Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in data analysis and/or working with CRM systems, and should be students of the final years of computer science studies. Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Looker Studio and Excel/Google Sheets is required, along with the ability to formulate business needs into SQL queries for creating reports and analyzing sales funnels. A very good command of English (minimum B2 level) is also necessary, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team.

Responsibilities

The Specjalista ds. Analiz i CRM will create analyses and reports concerning the implementation of Fluentbe’s services, sales effectiveness, and marketing campaigns. They will segment the customer base and recommend actions to increase conversion, retention, and cross-selling, collaborate on and automate sales funnels and CRM communications, manage and develop CRM tools (Freshsales, Hubspot), and prepare data for the management and teams including sales, marketing, and product.
