Due to dynamic global growth, we are seeking a Data Analyst to support our team with data analytics and CRM automation.

Responsibilities

  • Create analyses and reports on Fluentbe service delivery, sales effectiveness, and marketing campaigns.
  • Segment customer base and recommend actions to increase conversion, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Co-create and automate sales funnels and CRM communication.
  • Manage and develop CRM tools (Freshsales, Hubspot).
  • Prepare data for management and teams: sales, marketing, and product.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and/or working with CRM systems, or final-year IT student.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate business needs into SQL queries (e.g., creating reports, funnel analyses, measuring campaign effectiveness).
  • Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations based on data.
  • Very good command of English (min. B2).
  • Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a distributed team.
