Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and staying updated with industry best practices are essential.
The Specialized Talent Sourcer will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts. They will post job adverts on specialized job boards, review applications, and identify potential candidates using diverse sourcing techniques. Responsibilities include implementing candidate attraction strategies, engaging with potential candidates, conducting market research, and pre-screening candidates. The role also involves sharing market insights, promoting the employer brand, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
