Requirements
Experience in niche sourcing (Life Sciences background is a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience
Proficiency with X-Ray searches, advanced Boolean, and data mining
Work Location: Hyderabad (requires office presence on scheduled onsite days)
Work Hours: APAC 3rd shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals
Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost interest from target candidates
Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner
Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates possessing specific skills and qualifications for niche positions
Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (e.g., mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs
Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to establish rapport and interest in job opportunities
Conducting and presenting thorough and regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to plan effective sourcing and hiring strategies
Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting to the hiring team
Sharing market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and consulting on sourcing and hiring strategies
Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting company strengths in the specific industry and career growth opportunities
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using applicant tracking systems
