The Bilingual Client Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for clients and dealership groups using AutoTrader, addressing their concerns and resolving issues related to their accounts. They will also serve as a resource for clients and internal employees, providing support, technical assistance, product configuration, account planning, and sales recommendations, as well as preparing monthly reports and presentations. Furthermore, this role involves collaborating with sales and account management teams to maintain strong client relationships and analyze account activity and investment returns to offer strategic advice.
