Responsibilities

  • Support Team Leaders in monitoring and managing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with conditions and alignment with the company's mission
  • Lead negotiation and renegotiation activities for contracts, aiming to obtain the best commercial, legal, and operational conditions for Octopus
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers, from selection to engagement and performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with various teams to support large or complex orders, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization (excluding procurement of energy, gas, and certificates)
  • Act as a transversal point of reference between teams, pragmatically balancing business needs with contractual compliance
