Strong organizational and mathematical skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Candidates should possess the ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, work effectively with various internal teams, and communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media representatives, and with clients. Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and comfortable making decisions.
The Specialist, Video Investment will work with media owners to create and activate partnerships across the video landscape to help agency clients achieve business goals. This includes assisting with the negotiation and placement of video buys, managing the execution of video buys, and ensuring the accuracy of buy details. The role involves partnering with trafficking/ops teams, assisting with client buy overviews, supporting Upfront and Scatter negotiations, and staying up-to-date on video marketplace trends. Additionally, the specialist will partner with the integrated media team to report on campaign performance, build relationships with media partners, communicate campaign status to team members and clients, assist with industry POVs, and collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing issues. The position requires strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives.
