Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background
At least 3 years of experience in the training field (technical training and/or learning & development)
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence at different levels
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and continuously improve
Experience assisting in training delivery and communication/instructional design processes
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office or Visio
Experience with learning management system selection and management (preferred)
Experience with e-learning or mobile learning courseware development and multimedia content creation (preferred)

Responsibilities

Analyze training needs for operations Lines of Business
Develop strategic plans for training implementation
Coordinate the implementation and delivery of training programs
Oversee and track training completion reporting
Partner with the Workforce Management team to develop training schedules for cast members
Ensure seamless delivery of onboarding classes with Disney University
Manage the development and schedules of operations training facilitators and on-the-job trainers
Coordinate with the Documentation team to develop documents and implementation methods
Support leaderships of each line of business to schedule and manage the learning plans
Create, update, and maintain electronic and mobile learning courseware
Develop training-related multimedia products
Support the landing, launching, and maintenance of adaptive learning management platforms
Manage the operations of learning systems to support various training activities
