As a Process Automation Specialist, you will support our Operations team in streamlining internal processes and enhancing customer experiences through smart automation and digital communication. You will work at the intersection of people and technology, developing automated solutions and digital communication channels. Using a blend of No-Code/Low-Code tools, logical thinking, and creative ideas, you will design future-proof workflows that are efficient, user-centric, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Process Development: Build and optimize internal processes using No-Code/Low-Code tools (e.g., Make, Fin AI).
  • Conversational Interfaces: Design conversational interfaces for customer touchpoints (e.g., chatbots, onboarding flows, self-service processes).
  • Process Logic: Assist in structuring process logic and decision paths.
  • Scripting: Utilize simple Python and SQL scripts for data processing or automation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Support Team.
  • Impact: Directly contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience: More than 1 year of practical experience in process digitalization or automation.
  • No-Code/Low-Code Tools: Profound knowledge in using No-Code/Low-Code tools (e.g., Make).
  • Process Acumen: A good sense for customer-facing processes and efficient workflows.
  • API Integration: Ability to connect REST APIs and interpret data structures (e.g., JSON, nested objects) in automated processes.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge in Python and SQL, especially for automating operational processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, self-organization, and a commitment to quality.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in close teamwork.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in building internal dashboards or automated reports.
  • Good understanding of user interaction with automated systems and how to create user-friendly experiences.
  • Experience with Intercom Fin AI.
