Responsibilities

  • Builds working knowledge of assigned digital platforms and their functionality
  • Provides day-to-day support in documenting, tracking, and maintaining updates to the digital product roadmap
  • Assists in monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer adoption patterns
  • Supports customer research efforts (e.g., surveys, feedback analysis) and compiles findings for the product team
  • Prepares reports and presentations summarizing insights from customer and market data
  • Helps review customer complaints, feedback, and digital channel performance to identify recurring issues
  • Escalates findings to the product team and suggests potential areas for improvement
  • Coordinates with internal partners (e.g., card product teams) to support project tasks from research through testing
  • Assists with organizing workshops, meetings, and documentation related to product development
  • Maintains awareness of applicable regulations and policies impacting digital banking
  • Assists senior team members in ensuring compliance requirements are met
