Initiale Inventur aller Betriebsmittel und Erfassung im ERP-System
Organisation einer regelmäßigen, präventiven Wartung intern oder in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen bei Serienteilen
Objektive und subjektive Bewertung der angelieferten Materialien bezugnehmend auf einen Prüfplan und unter Zuhilfenahme von Zeichnungs- und Werkstoffunterlagen und Qualitätsanforderungen
Durchführung einer rechtssicheren Reklamationsabwicklung
Aktive Kommunikation mit Lieferanten; rechtssichere kaufmännische Abwicklung in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft
Bewertung und Interpretation der durch den Lieferanten rückgemeldeten Abstellmaßnahmen hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit, ggf. Nachbesserung veranlassen
Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung
