Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program
  • Maintained a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent
  • Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills
  • Able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident, without need for employment sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating in the evaluation and assessment of potential suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery requirements
  • Supporting the management of relationships with existing suppliers, including communication, performance evaluations, and issue resolution
  • Assisting in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of critical materials while minimizing excess inventory costs
  • Supporting in the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders for materials and services
  • Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
