Requirements

Candidates must possess 5-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the CPG industry, with hands-on experience managing contract manufacturing specifically for gummy products. Proven experience in negotiations, contracts, and agreements, along with owning and managing a complex end-to-end supply chain, is required. A background in Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service is necessary, and while not mandatory, Lean, APICS, or CPSM certification or training is a plus. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in supply chain, sourcing, and supplier management, capable of collaborating effectively in a dynamic growth environment and possessing strong analytical thinking with a proactive, organized, and self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Co-Pack will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for the co-packer network, including capital equipment requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement supply chain improvements, managing day-to-day supplier relationships through performance tracking and issue resolution, and assisting in contract development, pricing analysis, and commodity management. The position will contribute to and execute cost savings initiatives and continuous improvement programs, help source and onboard new suppliers to support innovation and growth, and partner with internal teams to ensure new product launches are supported by capable supply chain partners. Additionally, the role will support sustainability and social impact initiatives and serve as the first line of escalation for unexpected challenges to ensure continuity of supply and production.
