Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and have zero to five years of related experience in an HR and/or recruiting environment. Basic knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) is required, and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred, specifically with Lever ATS and/or LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with cold calling is also preferred.
The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with a team of recruiters to understand position requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent, routinely identify and implement new and creative ways to source and recruit viable candidates, leverage existing database licenses to source and engage with talent pipeline, utilize experience with various aspects of recruiting including social networking, internet sourcing, candidate mining and connections to professional organizations, conduct technical candidate interviews, screen, assess, and forward resumes to hiring teams, develop candidate profiles for applicants and sourced candidates, utilize and maintain recruiting software including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, prepare regular reports to the recruiting team and hiring managers detailing progress related to sourcing and offers, develop job descriptions and maintain in an ATS, contact and source potential candidates via cold calling, collaborate with the recruiting team to improve recruiting processes, and maintain a safe working environment.
