3+ years of experience with SAP Ariba and project management
Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems integration

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management)
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Maintain system configurations, user roles, and permissions
Conduct training sessions and create user guides for internal stakeholders
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
Lead and manage procurement-related projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and new module implementations
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals
Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, finance, IT, and other departments to understand business needs
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users
Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes or tools
