Requirements

10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a high-growth or complex environment
5+ years of experience leading teams, with a strong ability to develop and mentor direct reports
Expertise in procurement process & systems strategy, operations, and compliance, including industry best practices
Expertise in vendor management, supplier negotiations, and optimizing external partnerships
Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, ERP, eProcurement) and an understanding of system configurations and reporting/analytics
Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with financial tools and budget management (bonus)

Responsibilities

Lead procurement operations team and oversee daily procurement policies, processes, and tools
Define and implement system strategy and roadmap for procurement platforms (ERP, eProcurement, etc.)
Serve as a key business partner to cross-functional partners including IT, Finance, legal, and Compliance
Lead reporting, analytics, and dashboards to inform procurement strategic decisions
Establish a vendor solution for transactional and tactical sourcing and procurement activities
Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics across procurement activities
Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Manage vendor relationships related to procurement systems and tools
Coach and mentor team members; contribute to talent development and succession planning
