Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in a SaaS environment, or equivalent relevant experience, and 3+ years of contact center experience, preferably with cloud contact centers. Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of SaaS products are essential.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will provide pre-sales technical and sales support for accounts, develop expert understanding of RingCentral applications and products, assist with hardware and software lab testing, perform Proof of Concept (POC) onboarding support, present ongoing product training, transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge, keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, develop advanced system configurations, manage customer feature requests, create and maintain a demo/tester environment, and actively participate as a Subject Matter Expert for RingCentral products and technologies.
