Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in an equivalent role. They must have experience working with Rest APIs, webhooks, and integrations, and be comfortable communicating with both executives/non-technical stakeholders and developers. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, can rapidly build deep expertise in new products and industries, enjoys leading cross-functional initiatives, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will become an expert in integrating with Anrok across pre-built functionality, APIs, and manual workflows and play a key role in the standardized sales process to move customers through evaluation. You will consult with customers and prospects to design and implement the best solution, serving as the primary technical contact from presales through implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor on sales tax compliance, the Anrok platform, and API integration best practices for prospects, customers, and partners. You will gather technical feedback from customers and partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions and drive improvements. You will break down complex technical challenges for internal and external teams to enable a clear path to resolution, and design workflows to prioritize live calls, emails, and implementation documentation. You will surface and implement ideas such as improving technical documentation or creating new demo functionality for third-party integrations, and collaborate with Onboarding teams to provide effective technical support during implementation.
