Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing
  • 5+ years working with large-scale marketing technologies such as CMS, DAM, RTCDP, Journey Orchestration, and Customer Journey Management
  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about digital transformation, AI, and building strong client partnerships
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and curiosity
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams effectively
  • Deep Financial Services knowledge, including fluency in FSI regulatory and customer-experience landscape
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud platform
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Adobe Experience Cloud expert within the Financial Services Solutions Consulting team
  • Work closely with the sales organization to build solution strategies for major global enterprises
  • Demonstrate how the Adobe Experience Cloud platform handles complex business challenges and integrates into customers’ daily workflows
  • Cover core Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including data collection strategies, Experience Data Model and customer profile design, data science applications, real-time customer data, journey orchestration, and analytics and reporting
  • Provide pre-sales support: Partner with Account Directors to accelerate sales cycles through solution discussions, architecture workshops, technical recommendations, and impactful demonstrations
  • Lead solution leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives and best-practice digital marketing strategies
  • Drive internal capability enablement: Strengthen internal expertise by sharing knowledge, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to solution certification
  • Lead multiple digital marketing sales motions simultaneously, extending beyond Adobe’s ecosystem into data platforms, analytics, data modeling, and creative workflows
  • Assess technical fit, prioritize opportunities, and support sales teams with solution reviews, demonstrations, and architectural guidance
  • Apply deep Financial Services knowledge to identify industry-specific challenges and articulate how Adobe Experience Cloud addresses them
