Ability to deliver strategic solution roadmap discussions, aligning business objectives with Atlassian capabilities and AI enhancements
Skills in mapping corporate initiatives and goals to measurable KPIs
Experience acting as a trusted advisor to technical and leadership teams, providing sustained mentorship

Involvement in strategic sales, proposal presentations, and account planning

Responsibilities

Map customers' critical corporate initiatives and strategic goals to measurable KPIs, demonstrating business outcomes via the Atlassian platform
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, enhancing strategic capabilities through mentorship
Set and communicate a compelling vision for a productive and efficient customer future, considering unique challenges and change capacity
Proactively identify and cultivate additional product and service opportunities aligned with customer needs
Participate in strategic sales, proposal presentations, and team account planning/growth activities
Collaboratively build customer roadmaps aligning with corporate goals and innovative solutions to business requirements
Design robust integrations between Atlassian platform and enterprise systems to reduce friction and support opportunities
Define system architecture and provide high-level oversight for implementation and deployment in enterprise-scale projects
Guide customers through complex architectural decisions and implementation strategies for long-term value and adoption
