Candidates must have a strong track record in building best-in-class cloud data platforms and possess strong consulting skills. A minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role is required, along with working experience in distributed systems, massively parallel processing technologies, data strategies and methodologies, data organization and modeling concepts, infrastructure concepts, and data engineering concepts and frameworks.
Solutions Architects will engage with customers, lead technical streams for client data platform implementations and onboarding, and collaborate with internal Snowflake organizations. They will help clients troubleshoot implementations, integrate products, identify and track issues, and gather product feedback to inform new features. Additionally, they will contribute to the growth of Customer Delivery and Training teams through documentation and process optimization.
