Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted Sales Engineering partner, integrating solution storytelling and technology approaches into winning proposals for customers. They will manage the bid process, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and instilling commercial storytelling focused on quality and partnership. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing winning solutions and commercial models, and ideating new production models. The role involves crafting quality assurance and program structure proposals, guiding customers toward data-driven outcomes, and representing client requirements in Welocalize's product roadmap. Additionally, the Solutions Architect will mentor junior team members, provide training, support the Sales team, and collaborate to measure and report production efficiencies.
