Requirements

Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone of the United States or be located in Ontario, Canada. A strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation is required, along with experience guiding customers on experiment design, implementation, and test strategy. Familiarity with measurement frameworks and analytics platforms like Webflow Optimize, Webflow Analyze, and GA4 is necessary, as is the ability to provide light implementation support for front-end tracking or testing code.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate onboarding and adoption of Webflow Optimize and experimentation tooling. They will serve as the technical point of contact for customers seeking to enhance site performance and conversions. Responsibilities include advising customers on measurement frameworks and providing light implementation support for front-end tracking. Additionally, the role involves building reusable CRO frameworks, playbooks, and artifacts to simplify experimentation for customers and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
