Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field and have at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, or a similar customer-facing strategic role. Prior experience with Altium's products is highly desirable. Proven success in managing and growing enterprise-level customers, navigating complex customer environments, and demonstrating domain expertise in PCB design or functional areas like ECAD design process, testing, and PLM are essential. Strong hands-on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations, and workflow management is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will implement and tailor Altium Enterprise solutions for customers, spanning cloud and on-premise infrastructures. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing deep product knowledge, and identifying customer business drivers to offer technical expertise and process optimizations. Responsibilities include creating Statements of Work, collaborating with software engineers on customized solutions, and working with R&D to resolve technical gaps. The role also involves building strong customer relationships through empathy and active listening, and managing multiple customer efforts to ensure timely delivery of priorities.
