The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role. A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL, security, performance analysis, and analytics is essential, along with excellent customer-facing skills.
As a Solutions Architect at Snowflake, you will be a technical expert on all aspects of Snowflake and deploy it following best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer for customer enablement. You will work hands-on with customers to demonstrate implementation best practices, maintain a deep understanding of competitive technologies, and collaborate with System Integrator consultants to position and deploy Snowflake effectively. Additionally, you will provide guidance on resolving customer-specific technical challenges, support other Professional Services team members, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance Snowflake’s products.
