Requirements

Senior IT / Engineering Professional with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect or Engineer and greater than 10 years industry experience
Technical SME in a relevant Operational Technology
TOGAF certification
Bachelor of Engineering or similar accreditation
Cloud architecture certification (desirable)
Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture
Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Solution Planning (recommended)
Expert proficiency in Costing & Pricing (recommended)
Technical skills: Application requirements and dependency definition, Infrastructure requirements definition, Data definition, Secure design practices, System Engineering mindset
Interpersonal skills: Able to communicate clearly and build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders

Responsibilities

Architect solutions that deliver optimal value and cost efficiency
Design comprehensive solution approaches, including staffing plans and delivery strategies
Articulate the value of solutions through effective storytelling
Facilitate smooth transitions during mobilization and stabilization phases
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation
Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform
Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case
Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Create comprehensive documentation that outlines solution designs and implementation plans
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture and design
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings
