Prior experience supporting Unified Communications or Contact Center as a Solutions Engineer is required, along with experience in high-volume account environments. Familiarity with API integrations, software development, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is also necessary.
The Solutions Engineer will lead strategic sales engagements, provide expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams, and act as a subject matter expert on UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. They will collaborate with Global architecture and CSE teams to drive product enhancements and innovation, and contribute to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights.
