Requirements

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will lead strategic sales engagements, provide expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams, and act as a subject matter expert on UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. They will collaborate with Global architecture and CSE teams to drive product enhancements and innovation, and contribute to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights.
