Any Graduation
13 to 18 years of experience
Zendesk Portal Development with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Zendesk configuration and administration
Exposure to API integrations, reporting dashboards, and analytics within Zendesk
Integration with HRIS like SAP SuccessFactor, Workday
Knowledge of AI-enabled chatbots or automation tools integrated with Zendesk for Contact Center platform
Ability to design and implement custom workflows, triggers, macros, and automations in Zendesk
Ability to establish strong client relationship
Detail orientation
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to perform under pressure
Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Zendesk for HRO processes (HR case management, employee query management, knowledge management, etc.)
Conduct client workshops, demos, and presentations to articulate solution approach and best practices
Act as the SME for HR service delivery platforms, advising on process improvements and product enhancements
Create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Manage large-medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
Note: This role may require working in rotational shifts
