Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of delivery experience with tools like HP OM, HP SiteScope, BPPM, or Splunk monitoring
Minimum 3 years of experience delivering ITSM applications like Service-now, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager
Background in System Integration, Project Implementation, or Product Pre-sales
Strong background in ITIL methodologies including Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management
15 years full-time education; university degree required, preferably MBA from leading institutes
Must-have skill: Solution Architecture
Expert-level knowledge of Service-Now ITSM Suite, Service-Now Asset Management, Service-Now Change Management, and CMDB
Proficiency in BMC Remedy, Service-Now, HP OM stack, BPPM, Splunk, and related tools, including understanding and documenting architecture
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at the executive level
Extensive client/customer service management skills
Good people management skills

Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform
Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions that underpin client value proposition and business case
Manage large and complex bid solutioning including RFP response from Services/Implementation perspective (not product sales)
Understand complexities involved in integrating various modules, functionalities supported, customer requirements compliance, etc
Identify key customer requirements, seek RFP clarifications, understand compliance and SLA requirements
Envisage high-level solution and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine efforts involved for implementation
Generate High Level Design, High Level BoQ, and other technical documents for solutioning
