Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or IT, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry and at least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows using UiPath. Strong technical skills in UiPath and the UiPath Product Suite are required, including experience with workflow-based logic, the Orchestration Framework, and the Document Understanding Framework. Knowledge of Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, or Citrix Automation is a plus, as is experience with other RPA tools. UiPath Automation Solution Architect certification is preferred, along with proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or equivalent scripting knowledge. Understanding of cloud services like Azure, AWS, or GCP is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, the candidate will design, code, and test automation workflows using UiPath, developing stable and scalable RPA solutions. They will provide solution designs to customers during POCs and project implementation phases, oversee the development of automation projects, and manage testing, deployment, and monitoring stages. The role involves providing technical training, demos, and blueprints to clients, mentoring developers, and reviewing code to facilitate knowledge transfer. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training, demos, and blueprints, and providing support for new and existing clients, and overseeing the crucial pieces of code.
