Requirements

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in consumer protection, legal, investigations, compliance, and/or complex project management, or a Juris Doctorate and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in consumer protection, legal, investigations, compliance, and/or complex project management. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is also required.

Responsibilities

Investigate allegations of program violations, make recommendations for mediation and disciplinary actions, and draft letters to entities violating program requirements. Identify trends in consumer complaints and violations, recommending proactive measures for compliance. Supervise and develop staff, maintain client relationships, and organize meetings with clients and program participants. Manage project deliverables, contribute to working group meetings, and develop processes for communicating project progress. Coordinate oversight of project managers and associates, track deliverables and milestones, and monitor key performance metrics. Review market research and data analysis deliverables, lead cross-departmental meetings, and manage ad-hoc requests.
