Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance. A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices is essential, along with proficiency in automated testing tools like Selenium or QTP and manual testing techniques. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and API testing tools like Postman and Swagger is required. Knowledge of GraphQL, experience with JMeter, mobile testing on Android and iOS, and familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Azure Application Insights are also necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity for collaborative teamwork are crucial. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure software products meet high standards of quality and performance. This role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and collaborating with developers and product managers to identify issues early in the development cycle. The engineer will also perform API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger, conduct tests on mobile platforms (Android and iOS), and utilize monitoring tools for performance analysis.
