Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least six years of related experience or five years of full-time Computer Science experience as a substitute for a degree, with an additional six years in relevant roles. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, along with proficiency in scripting using Bash and Python, and experience with Linux CLI and basic system administration. Candidates should also demonstrate knowledge of compute, network, memory, and storage system components, and familiarity with system monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

As a Software Integration Engineer, you will integrate, install, configure, upgrade, and support COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous operating systems, manage software sustainment efforts including updates and documentation, write and execute test codes to assess software performance, monitor and troubleshoot large Linux clusters leveraging tools like Prometheus and Grafana, administer and monitor Kubernetes clusters using Helm and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation with tools like Ansible, SaltStack, or Puppet, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software efficiency and performance. You will also utilize Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Git for version control and task management.
