The Senior Customer Reliability Engineer will provide expert support to customers, resolving issues related to Kubernetes, Linux, and Replicated products by troubleshooting failures, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions. They will enable customer success by proactively guiding them on deploying, managing, and scaling applications, providing best practices, training, and assisting with onboarding. The engineer will collaborate with CREs and product engineers to share customer feedback, identify product improvements, and contribute to the product roadmap, with opportunities to develop coding skills and contribute directly to product enhancements over time. Continuous learning and professional growth are also key aspects of the role.
